BluePixo Entertainment worked with HERNstudio to bring the idea of a "digital handheld art studio" to reality. BluPlay™ allows children to paint freely on a blank screen or on a coloring page. Children can choose from over 100 coloring pages, and select a paintbrush, marker or paint roller to color with. BluPlay™ allows children to mix colors interactively on screen, erase mistakes and save hundreds of finished masterpieces for later viewing.
We brought the design to a fully functional prototype that debuted at the NYC International Toy Fair on February 17th, 2009. BluPlay™ was received with great enthusiasm and our client subsequently secured his desire to move forward with production and with his new educational/entertainment toy company.
